1. Log on to the GP Server.
2. Once logged on to the server, double click the PO Management icon on the desktop.
3. In the Main Menu screen, click the Purchasing button.
4. In the Purchasing screen, click the PO Management button.
5. Enter the site in the Find Site window in the upper left hand corner.
NOTE: Sites must be entered in the format of ExhitiborAbbreviation-SiteCode. For instance,
EX1-1234.
6. The PO's for the site will be listed.
7. Make any changes, if needed, to the default dates that were entered previously.
8. After verifying that the dates listed are accurate, click the box in the C column(s) next to the ones to be confirmed.
9. Confirmation changes happen immediately upon putting a check mark in the C column(s). There is no need to further save them.
10. Exit the PO Tool, by going to File->Exit.
12. Log off of the server by going to Start->Right Arrow->Log Off.
