1. Log on to the GP Server.
2. Once logged on to the server, double click the PO Management icon on the desktop.
3. In the Main Menu screen, click the Purchasing button.
4. In the Purchasing screen, click the PO Management button.
5. Enter the site in the Find Site window in the upper left hand corner.
NOTE: Sites must be entered in the format of ExhitiborAbbreviation-SiteCode. For instance,
EX1-1234.
6. A summary of all PO's for the specified site will be listed.
7. Fields that are missing dates will be displayed in red.
8. In the Default Dates column, select either 2D or 3D to use the default dates associated with 2D or 3D deployments.
NOTE: The conversion date field will be automatically populated.
9. After clicking either the 2D or 3D default date button, the date fields will automatically populate. The color of the cell will change from red to white.
NOTE: If needed, the default dates may also be manually edited.
10. Exit the PO Tool, by going to File->Exit.
11. Log off of the server by going to Start->Right Arrow->Log Off.
