Within GP, click on "Microsoft Dynamics GP" button at the top of the window. Choose Tools, SmartList Builder and select Import.
Browse to the file you would like to import. Select Import.
After the file is imported, click on "Microsoft Dynamics GP" button at the top of the window. Choose Tools, SmartList Builder and select SmartList Builder.
Change the product / series in SLB reports once imported. Click Save when finished. Note: The name can be changed here at any time. The SmartList ID cannot be changed.
Now you need to launch SmartList to initialize the reports. You'll get this message. Choose Yes to accept.
Now we need to grant access to these SmartList reports (POWERUSERS can already see these reports).
Create a security task.
Assign Security Task to a Role (one that is used in Finance).
