Open Microsoft Dynamics GP
Click on Administration (on the left). Under System, click Security Tasks.
You will be prompted for the System Password. Enter the correct password, and the World is yours. Be careful.
With the Security Roles window open, type in the Role ID, Role Name and Role Description.
In the Security Task ID area, check the tasks you need. You will need to pick DefaultUser (this account is used for the lookups, login information, etc). In the SL AR Aging role, I have selected DefaultUser and SL_AR_AGING.
Click Save and then click the close button.
