Hello, welcome to the two part series of setting up SmartList security. We'll start with Security Tasks Setup.
Open Microsoft Dynamics GP
Click on Administration (on the left). Under System, click Security Tasks.
Now pick the Access List for the Security Tasks. Above, I have chosen AR Again Detail, AR Again Summary and AR Report.
Once you have finished, click on Save. The Security Task Setup window remains open. Click the close button if you are finished setting up Security Tasks.
