Problem: When creating or opening a new report no data is visible and the colors are not the normal colors. Example of this is below.
Resolution: This is typically due to an incompatibility with the Java Runtime installed on the client computer. To resolve this:
- Open the Java Control Panel. This can be done by right clicking on the Java icon on the Taskbar or going to Control Panel.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Navigate to Security - Mixed Mode.
- Select "Enable - hide warning and run with protections".
- Close any open web browsers and log back into InfoView and rerun the report.
