Prerequisite - See Related Article: How to Access Event Management
1 - Select EVENTS from under the Booking section in the left Navigation Bar.
2 - There are four filters at the top of the screen. NAME, EVENT STATE, FROM, and TO.
2.1 - NAME - Type in the name of the of the event
2.2 - EVENT STATE - This is a drop-box that shows the various states that the event would be in. (i.e. Accounting, Invoiced, etc. - not geographical state)
2.3 - FROM - The beginning date of the range for the event.
2.4 - TO - The ending date of the range for the event.
3 - Once you have filled in your filters, click on the blue SEARCH button. (Note: if you want to clear your selections you can click the CLEAR button)
4 - You will see all the events, that fit your filters, will be listed below.
4.1 - There are filter buttons in each field if you need to further refine your findings.
5 - From this list you can go on to SITE SELECTION by clicking on the target icon.

6 - From this list you can also Edit the book by clicking on the Edit icon.

7 - From this list you can Delete a booking by clicking on the trash can icon

8 - You can add a booking by clicking on the ADD button in the lower left corner of the screen.
