How to Edit a Booking in Event Management (*)

1 - The Edit screen opens on the PROPERTIES tab of the Event.


 

1.1 - You can fill and change all of these fields.  The EVENT DATE/TIME is a required field if you want to be able to go into Site Selection from the listing.


 

2 - The ATTRIBUTES tab have fields under the following categories.  Categories under attributes include:

Attributes - 16 fields
Fathom Events - 1 field (drop-box)
Contract/Theatre/Markets/Ticketing - 6 fields
Event Content - 1 field
Preshow Content - 1 field
Press Release - 2 fields
Creative Assets - 7 fields
Publicity Assets - 1 field
Comp Passes - 2 fields
Insurance Certificates - 1 field
Press Passes - 1 field


 

3 - The DISTRIBUTION tab has two fields:  Distribution Channels and Add Channels.





4 - The CONTENT tab is where you can add Content to the event. 


 

4.1 - Under the Add Content section, there is a box labeled "Title".   In this box you can create content or choose previously created content.   To create content start typing the name of your content and drop boxes will appear for labeling.




- click the blue ADD THIS AS NEW CONTENT button after you have finished typing.   You will see it appear in the right hand "Content" section.




4.2 - In the "Title" box if you start typing something that is already in the content list you will see an drop-box appear.




5 - The next tab is PRICING STRATEGY.  This is where you can see the pricing split among the exhibitors.   (Note: You will get the following message if there are no bookings for this event)



5.1 - You can type in the percentage of the ticket sales for each exhibitor.   This page does tell you how many bookings there are for each exhibitor.


 

6 - The BOOKINGS tab shows all of the bookings, separated by exhibitor.


 

6.1 - You quickly see how many bookings under each exhibitor on the right side of the screen.


6.2 - You can add a booking to this list from this screen by clicking on the blue + (plus) sign.




6.3 - This brings up an "Add Booking" box.   Type the name of a theater in the "Theater" box.  This creates an automatic drop box to choose a theater.





6.4 - Next choose the Auditorium that you would like show the Event.





6.5  -  The last box is any Notes you would like to insert with this booking.  Then click the blue SAVE button.




6.6 - You will see the new booking listed under the appropriate Exhibitor.  




7 - Lastly, to save all of your edits click the SAVE button in the lower right corner.
