How to Navigate Invoice History in Event Management (*)

Prerequisite - See Related Article: How to Find Event Billing


1 - Click on the INVOICE HISTORY link in the left navigation bar.





2 - There will be an INVOICE HISTORY box in the left part of the screen.   The first part of this is an Exhibitor drop-box.   (NOTE:  If you don't have access to more than one Exhibitor, you will not be able to change the entry in this box)


3 - Click the blue SEARCH button if you want to see all of the invoice history of that exhibitor.




4 - You can further refine your search, for Invoice History, by putting in an Event ID, an Event Name, or Invoice Number in their respective boxes.




5 - The history will appear in the INVOICE box to the right.


6 - If you click on the DISTRIBUTE button, which is an orange button with an envelope, it will send out the invoice to all of people you have assigned in Cinergy.





7 - You can request a copy of the invoice by clicking the blue REQUEST button.   This download a copy of the invoice that you can save on your computer.
