How to Place Trailers in a Feature in Trailer Placement(*)

1 - From the SCHEDULE screen, select the feature you want to add prints to.  Then click SCHEDULE from the bottom right corner of your screen.

 

 

2 - On the Trailer Placement screen, you will see the feature you have selected at the top of the screen (yellow box), the trailers you have added or requested (green box), and the tiers you have added (blue box).

3 - To see what Sites are in each Tier click on the "List" symbol () next to the word "Tier" in each section.

 

3.1 - This creates a pop-up that shows you the site names and the Tier name.

 

 

4 - Click on the Trailer you are going to assign to your Tier(s) (red box).   If you need a reminder of details of the trailer click the text box next it (yellow box).

 

 

3 - Then click the Tier or Tiers you want the trailer to go into (blue box).   You can also click the corner if you want to quickly select all of the Tiers by clicking in the corner of the table (purple box).

 

 

4 - You will see the tiers you have chosen turn the same green as the trailer is highlighted.   You will also see the trailer appear in the Tiers below (under TRAILER ORDERING).

NOTE: I did not choose Tier 2 for this trailer so you do not see it highlighted in green and you do not see the trailer listed below, under Tier 2.

 

 

5 - This choose the next trailer and the Tiers for it.  Keep doing this until you have assigned all of your trailers for the group.

 

 

6 - The Trailers in Trailer Ordering will be in the order that you added them.  They will play from top to bottom.  To alter this order click and hold on the trailer, within the desired Tier, and simply slide it up or down, then let go of the button.

 

 

7 - Once you have the trailers in order, click on the SAVE button (purple box) in the lower right corner of your screen.  This will save your changes but will not publish your schedule.  You will see that it still says "In Process" on your screen (red box).

 

 

8 - Then you want to select your next group from the drop box and repeat this process for each group.

 

 

9 - Once you have done this for all of your groups and there are no more changes that need to be made, click on the COMPLETE button in the lower right corner of the screen.

 

10 - You will get a confirmation messages that states, "This will set this Schedule to Complete - it will no longer be editable, continue?".   To go forward click the ACCEPT button.  If you change your mind, click on the CANCEL button and the schedule will not be registered as complete.

 

 

11 - The screen will now show SCHEDULE COMPLETE.

 

 

12 - If you find you have made a mistake and still need to make changes, then you can Revert your status back to In Process by clicking the REVERT button in the lower right corner.  After you have made any changes go back to STEP 9 of this document.
