How to Add a Feature to the Schedule in Trailer Placement (*)

1 - If you can't find the feature with your search, you can add it into the list manually.   To do this click on FEATURE in the lower left corner of the screen.

 

 

2 - This will cause a pop-up screen where you can manually fill in the data for the feature you are adding.

 

 

3 - TITLE - This is an open field.  Type in the name of the feature you adding.

 

 

4 - FORMAT - This is a drop box.  Choose 2D, 3D, IMAX 2D, or IMAX 3D for the feature's format.  These are the default options.   If you added more formats in your settings, you will see those as options, as well.

5 - HOURS - There are three boxes.  One for Hours, one for Minutes, and one for Seconds.   These are free form boxes.   You type in the appropriate amounts.

 

 

6 - SCHEDULING STUDIO - This is a drop box.   Click in the box and it will drop down.  You can also start typing and it will filter your options.  Choose the appropriate studio from the list of studios.   If the appropriate studio is missing please let your Help Center Admin know.

 

7 - DISTRIBUTOR + - This is a drop box.  Choose the appropriate distributor for this feature.  If the appropriate distributor is missing please let your Help Center Admin know.


 

8 - RATING -  Next choose the rating of the movie from the drop box.

 

 

9 - CPL UUID and CPL DESCRIPTION - These are not required fields.   Please put in the appropriate UUID and/or CPL Description if you have them.

 

 

10 - INITIAL RELEASE DATE - Select the appropriate release date from the calendar. 

 

 

11 - To save this feature and add it to your Schedule, you must click the blue SAVE button on the right side of the screen.   If you don't want to keep your choice, you can click the grey CLOSE button.

 

 

12 - You will now see your added feature in the schedule (as long as your date ranges include the feature you just added and no other filters are preventing it).
