How To Add Prints to a Feature in Trailer Placement (*)

Prerequisite - See Related Article: How to Navigate the Schedule in Trailer Placement

 

1 - From the SCHEDULE screen, select the feature you want to add prints to.  Then click SCHEDULE from the bottom right corner of your screen.

 

 

2 - On the Trailer Placement screen, you will see the feature you have selected at the top of the screen (yellow box), the trailers you have added or requested (green box), and the tiers you have added (blue box).

3 - Click on the BOOK button in the lower right corner of the screen.

 

 

4 - This will create a pop-up that is titled "Bookings".

 

 

5 - Click on the ADD PRINT button.

 

 

6 - Fill out the number of prints will be shown at the sites in each Tier in the boxes.

 

 

7 - To complete the task of adding prints, click the blue SAVE button.  You can click the grey CLOSE button if you have changed your mind and do not want to add prints.

 

 

8 - You will see the prints you have added under each Tier.

 

 

9 - To make these changes permanent, you need to click SAVE in the lower right corner of your screen.

 

 

10 - You will see a confirmation if your save is successful.
