How to Request Trailers (*)

1 - From the Schedule screen, click on the feature you want to add a Trailer Schedule.

 

 

2 - Then click on the SCHEDULE button in the lower right corner of the screen.

 

 

3 - This will be bring you to the Trailer Placement screen. 

 

 

4 - This screen shows the group you are adding Trailers for at the top of the screen.

 

 

5 - If the group is the incorrect group, then you can change it by selecting the correct group from the blue drop box in the upper right part of your screen.

6 - Next you want to select a Trailer(s).   To do this click the +REQUEST button in the lower left corner of the screen.

 

NOTE: If the trailer is not listed you can add a trailer by following the directions in this article.

7 - This will create a pop-up that says, "Add New Trailer Request"

 

 

8 - Click in the box that is labeled "Trailer" and it creates a drop box of existing Trailers.  

 

 

8.1 - You can also star typing to do a faster search of the list of Trailers.

 

 

8.2 - There is a box you can check to only show Trailers that have been rated by the MPAA.




9 - To finalize adding the Trailer to your Group, click on the blue SAVE button.  You can click the grey CLOSE button if you want to back out and not add a trailer.

 

 

10 - You see the trailers you have requested listed here.
