NOTE: Depending on your permissions, you may not have access to view this information.
1 - Login to Cinergy website.
2 - Click on USERS in the Navigation Bar on the left.
3 - On this screen, you will see a list of users in your group.
4 - At the top of the screen there is a search box you can use to find users. Type the name in the search box.
5 - Then hit SEARCH (red box) on the right side of the screen. You can quickly clear out anything you have typed in the search box by hitting the CLEAR button (green box).
