How to View All Alerts at a Single Site (*)

To see alert/error messages for a single site:

1 - Select MAP from the left navigation bar and either click on a region or type your selection in the search box at the top of the map.





2 - Click the Alerts tab to see any current alerts.




3 - While looking at your current alerts, you can archive any that are no longer active or relevant by clicking on the "Check Mark Icon"

 

 

 

4 - You can filter these alerts by clicking the FILTER button on the right side of the screen.  This will open a section where you can adjust a number of filters.

 

 

5 - When this opens you will see a number of fields you can adjust.  The first one on the left is STATE.  This is where you can adjust what severity level of alert you are searching.  You can adjust the severity level in your RULES.

6 - Next filter below STATE is the SERVICE(s) drop box.   This where you can determine which Services you want to see alerts for.

 

 

7 - You can also adjust the date and time range in which you are searching for alerts.   There is a starting date/time (from) and an ending date/time (to).  You can adjust the date by clicking the small calendar icon (red box) and you can change the time range by clicking the small clock icon (blue box).

 

 

8 - You can include archived alerts in your results by clicking the box that says INCLUDE ARCHIVED ALERTS.

 

 

9 - After you have made all of your filter adjustments click the FILTER button and you will see the alerts that fit your search criteria.
