1 - To see the historic or current alerts on open on equipment, click on Alerts on the navigation bar to the left.
2 - NOTE: This step is only shown if you have more than one Exhibitor under your login. Skip this step if you only monitor one Exhibitor. Choose a customer from the drop box. This will be the group of theaters you're searching from. (i.e. Cloud Cinemas)
3 - Choose the service you are searching. (i.e. Content Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Key Delivery)
4 - Choose the date range in which you are searching.
5 - Choose the severity. These are based on what you have set up in the RULES section.
