Log in to the GP server as sa or an administrator account.
Browse to the location of the GP client intall folder. On DCATS10 (C:\GPClient\GP\Data) and on DCARDS01 (D:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Data) and look for the 'dex.ini' file and open it.
Look for the line 'NoPrintDialogs='
Add 'TRUE' to Surpress the dialog and 'FALSE' to allow the dialog.
Save the dex.ini file and have the end-users exit out of GP, and then log back in for the setting to take place.
