Moving equipment is a multi-step process. It includes tasks to be completed when the equipment is first uninstalled/deactivated at the original auditorium, and further steps to be completed after the equipment has been installed in the new auditorium.

This scenario involves auditorium equipment at one site that needs to be moved but a new location has not yet been determined. In this case, the equipment is placed into holding until a new location is determined. Since the equipment will be offline for a period of time, it will further need to be placed into an Inactive status in the interim.

STEP 1: Deactivating and Moving Equipment (Completed on Day Equipment is Uninstalled)

1. Log into the Partner Portal.

2. Go to Operations -> Asset Management. This will open AMS and provide a search function so that the sites may be easily located.
