The 64-bit version of Internet Explorer does not always display webpages correctly that use Java or Silverlight plugins. The DCIP Certification Form application leverage Silverlight, and The DCIP Report System uses Java. One error that may occur is a message that states "unable to display webpage" or similar error messages. One option when this occurs is to open the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer. The 32-bit version can be found from the Start Menu.
