Log into www.cinergy.org.
1 - Click on the ADVANCED SALES link in the left Navigation bar.
2 - This will bring up the Ticket Sales calendar.
3 - You can filter by a specific theater or event by clicking on the Filter "Fly-out" on the right side of the screen.
4 - The section has four sections you can fill out to filter your results.
5 - Once you have selected all of your items, click the blue APPLY button.
6 - If you click on a blue date you will pull up the bookings that have been finalized.
6.1 - You will see the ticket totals and the revenues for each booking, on that date, below.
7 - If you click on a red date, you will see the sites that have not reported back their ticket sales and revenue. 
7.1 - You will see the Tickets and Revenue sections are empty.
8 - You can see any Event Memos that have been created by clicking the " 
" symbol to the left of each booking.
9 - If there are any bookings missing from your list. You can add a booking by clicking on the ADD THEATER button.
10 - These symbols you will find in the information bars for the date and for the event.
- Return to Top - Clicking on this will return the user to the top of the list of events within that date.
- Quick Navigation - Clicking on this will create a drop-box of all of the events under that particular date. You can click on an item from the list to go to it in the list.
- Quick Navigation (within Event) - This will bring you to one of two places. When you click on it you can choose Date Top, which will bring you to the top of the date. Or you can click on Page Top, which will bring you to the top of the page you are on.
- View Event Memo - This will bring up all of the memos that have been linked to this event.
