How to Edit a Customer in Event Management (*)

Prerequisite - See Related Article: How to Navigate Customers Section in Event Managment


1 - You can edit a current exhibitor by clicking the Edit button, on the right.   This includes adding site locations, changing the percentage they get paid, and changing their name or accounting ID.   You can also edit the contact email address for this exhibitor.


 


2 - The next screen has two sections:  MANAGE ________  (in this example it's CLOUD CINEMAS) and EMAIL MANAGEMENT.




3 - Under the MANAGE section you update these fields:

ACCOUNTING ID - This is the short code you use for accountingFROM EMAIL - This address any correspondence will be sent from
MONDAY-THURSDAY DEFAULT % - This is what will auto-fill for a percentage on Events that happen Monday through Thursday
RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS - The email address that all exhibitor correspondence will go to.
EMAIL SIGNATURE - This will appear at the bottom of every email.
FRIDAY-SUNDAY DEFAULT % - This is what will auto-fill for a percentage on Events that happen Friday through Sunday.




NOTE: In the "Percentage" columns you can either type a number or you can click the up/down arrows to change the number.




4 - Under EMAIL MANAGEMENT, you can alter the emails for the individual sites under that exhibitor.   First click in box to the right and it will show a list of sites. 

NOTE: You can also start typing the name of a site and it will bring up all that match what you are typing.




4.1 - Select the site you want from the list and you will see it become a blue box in search field.



4.2 - You can delete a selection by clicking the black "X" in the blue box.


 

4.3 - You can update multiple sites at once by clicking in the search box and choosing another site.   This will appear as a second blue box.




4.4 - Next click on the the +SITE button.



4.5 - This will bring up the sites below the EVENT MANAGEMENT header.   There are three fields you can edit.   These will be specific to that site.  So will need to fill in the fields for site you are editing.

RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS - The email address that all exhibitor correspondence will go to.
FROM EMAIL - This address any correspondence will be sent from.
EMAIL SIGNATURE - This will appear at the bottom of every email.




4.6 - You can delete any site from getting exhibitor emails by clicking the blue Trash Can icon on the right side of the screen.



 

5 - The last step is to the click the SAVE icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
