How to Adjust Your Command Center Settings

You can alter the what will appear on the map when Command Center opens.

1 - Click on SETTINGS in the left navigation bar.

 

 

2 - NOTE: This step is only shown if you have more than one Exhibitor under your login.  Skip this step if you only monitor one Exhibitor.  Choose the customer (theater group) you want the map to default to.  You can select multiple customers (if you have access to multiple groups).   Click on the box next to Customer(s) and a drop box will appear.

 

 

3 - Next click on the SERVICES box and you will get a drop down.  Here you can select all types of services (red box) or you can individually select the services you want to monitor (blue box).

 

 

4 - The STATE slider will let you set up what severities you want to default on the map.   The meaning of these colors (or levels) are what you determine in the RULES section.

 

 

5 - Then click SAVE in the lower right corner of the screen.
