How to Add a New User

NOTE: You will need to have Admin rights to add users to Cinergy

 

1 - From the USERS screen, click on the CREATE button from the lower left part of the screen.

 

 

2 - Create User will appear at the top the screen.  Fill in an email, first name, last name, password, and then confirm the password

3 - Then click SAVE in the lower right corner of the screen.

 

 

4 - After you click SAVE, you will be taken to a profile page for this user.  Here you can fill in the user's Title, Telephone number, PushOver, and you can upload and an image or avatar (blue box) for the user. 

 

 

5 - Then click on SAVE in the lower right corner.


 

 

6 - You can change the Email for the user on this screen, as well, by clicking on the CHANGE ACCOUNT EMAIL button.

 

 

7 - A box will appear at the top of the screen.  You type in the new email and then click SAVE (red box).  If you change your mind, you can click CLOSE (blue box) and no changes will be made.

 

 

8 - You can update the password of a user by clicking the UPDATE PASSWORD button at the bottom of the screen.

 

9 - This will bring up a box where you will type in a new password.  Then confirm the new password by typing it again.   Then click the SAVE button (red box).   If you decide you don't want to change the password you can click the CLOSE box (blue box) instead.

 

 

10 - If you decide to Update the Password or Change Account Email, be sure to hit the SAVE button in lower right corner to keep the changes.
