Theater Management Auditorium Section Tabs (*)

1 - INFORMATION - This tab tells you Auditorium Number, Seat Count, Advertising Solution Type, Large Format Type, Advertising Integration Data, Auditorium 3D Type.

 

 

1.1 - You can edit all but the "Auditorium Number" column on this tab.   If you click on the SEAT COUNT number, in a particular Auditorium, you get a free form box where you can type in a new seat count (or you can use the up and down arrows).

 

1.2 - The ADVERTISING SOLUTION TYPE - if you click on this, and then the down arrow,  it creates a drop box where you can select the appropriate option.

 

 

1.3 - The LARGE FORMAT TYPE - if you click on this, and then the down arrow,  it creates a drop box where you can select the appropriate option.

 

 

1.4 - The ADVERTISING INTEGRATION DATE - if you click on the small calendar symbol, it brings up a calendar where you can select any appropriate date.

 

 

1.5 - The AUDITORIUM 3D TYPE - if you click on this, and then the down arrow,  it creates a drop box where you can select the appropriate option.

 

 

2 - SCREEN - This screen gives all of the technical specs of the screen in the different Auditoriums.

2.1 - You can hover your mouse icon over the auditorium number and it shows some quick info.

 

 

2.2 - You can edit any of these columns by clicking the EDIT button next to the Auditorium.





2.3 -  This creates a pop-up where you can change any of the numbers that you need.

 

 

2.4 - To save the changes you have made in the editing screen, click the UPDATE button.



 

3 - FRAME - This section shows the specifications for the frame of the picture being shown on the screen.

 

 

3.1 - You can edit any of these columns by clicking the EDIT button next to the Auditorium.

 

 

3.2 - This creates a pop-up where you can change any of the numbers that you need.

 

 

3.3 - To save the changes you have made in the editing screen, click the UPDATE button.

 

 

4 - NETWORK - This section will show any Networks associated with each Auditorium.

 

 

5 - AUDIO - This section shows the audio equipment the is in each auditorium.

 

 

5.1 - You can edit any of these rows, within each column, by clicking on it.  Then a drop box arrow will appear on the right side.  This works in both the AUDIO FORMAT and IMMERSIVE AUDIO column.

 

 

6 - PROJECTION BOOTH - This section gives you information about the Projection Booth itself.  

 

 

6.1 - You can edit any of these columns by clicking the EDIT button next to the Auditorium.

 

 

6.2 - This creates a pop-up where you can change any of the numbers that you need.

 

 

6.3 - To save the changes you have made in the editing screen, click the UPDATE button.

 

 

7 - NOTES - This is a section where you can leave any notes for a location.  

 

 

7.1 - You can add a new note to the list by clicking +ADD in the lower left corner.

 

 

7.2 - This brings up a pop-up.  The first section of this box is LOCATION REFERENCE (yellow box).   This is essentially the auditorium the note is for.  This is a drop box.  The second box is for CONTEXT (green box).  It is for putting in the subject of this note or what the note is in reference to.  The third section is NOTE (blue box).   This is where you can detail the information for the note.  This has a 50 character limit. 

To save this note, click the UPDATE (purple box) button.  

 

 

7.3 - You can also delete any notes.   Click on the note you want to delete and click REMOVE in the lower left corner.

 

 

7.4 - You will get a confirmation pop-up that asks you to confirm that you want to delete this message.

 

 

7.5 - Then click SAVE in the lower right corner to confirm all of your changes.
