You can share a report with other users that have access to Business Objects for reporting. To do so highlight the report(s) to share in the Document List view.
After selecting the reports you want to share then click "Send To" at the top menu bar and select "Business Objects Inbox".
Uncheck "Use default settings", which will expand the window to allow you to select users.
Search or navigate for the user you want to share the reports with and highlight the user then click the arrow to move the name to the "Selected" box.
For the "Target Name" select "Use Specific Name" and from the "Add placeholder.." drop down select Title. Then select Submit.
The other user will now have the reports in their Inbox within Business Objects.
