Adding the Exhibitor as the originator to a trouble ticket

I'm using Cinemark (CSC) as an example. For other exhibitors, like AMC, Cineplex and Regal, please find the correct person to add as the originator.

- Make the originator a CC:
- Make cscsupervisors@cinemark.com the new To:
- Update the notes with something about verifying with CSC.
- If no response to the ticket in 24 hours, call the CSC, get it resolved and close the ticket.
