How to reset your password if you forgot it

If you or your "friend" forgot your password and cannot change it normally, you can reset it.

If you are currently logged onto the Partner Portal, log off by clicking on the "Log Off" option in the top right corner. This will bring you to the main logon screen. From here click "Reset My Password."

At the next prompt enter your username and click Reset My Password button. If you do not know your username please email helpdesk@dcipllc.com for further assistance.

A new randomly generated password will be emailed to you.

The email will come from the email address of noreply@dcipllc.com. Once you receive the new password click on the "Please click here to relogin" link to login with your new password.

Once you login you should change your password to something else using the Change Password option within the Portal Help section.
