1 - To add a Central Asset: From the CENTRAL ASSET screen (under Attributes), click on the +ADD in the lower left corner of the screen.
2 - This will bring up a box with three fields. LOCATION REFERNCE, CONTEXT, and NOTE.
3 - The LOCATION REFERENCE field will be a drop box of all the possible locations, for a central asset, at this site. Choose the appropriate option.
NOTE: It's possible for there to only be one option.
4 - Next fill out the CONTEXT for the added asset.
3 - Any additional notes for the Asset can be put into the NOTES field.
4 - When you have filled out this box. Click on the UPDATE button.
NOTE: If you change your mind you can click on the CANCEL button and no equipment will be added.
5 - You will see the added Central Asset in the directory on your screen.
