1 - Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link in the login screen.
2 - Type in your username. Click on RESET PASSWORD.
3 - A screen appears that states that a password reset email has been sent.
4 - You will receive an email with a link to reset a password. Click the word "here" on the email.
5 - Type in a new password. Confirm it by typing it again. Click SAVE.
6 - If you are successful you will see: The password for this account has been updated. Please return to the application to login. Then click on the Return to Portal button.
7 - This will take you back to the original login screen. Login with your new password.
