When we get WebWatch requests to provide the location of a specific server, we need to ask for the Make, Model, and Serial number, as we do not store the "server number." With that information we can verify the location of the equipment and respond to the request. We should then, as a courtesy, notify the exhibitor that a WebWatch request was made.
