Log into Great Plains with a valid account, from the left navigation pane select Purchasing.
Select Purchase Order Entry.
3. From the lower left corner select the 4th arrow.
4. The action in the 3rd step should take the user to the last PO record in the list.
5. The idea is to use the arrows at the bottom of the page to find the PO that was created from the process that was performed in step 3.
NOTE: The easiest way to find the PO’s that were recently created is to look for the last PO in the list.
